Queue System Rules
How the role-locked queue system works

Role-Locked Queue

The queue system is role-locked, meaning players must choose a specific position when joining the queue. Available positions are Center (C), Left Wing (LW), Right Wing (RW), Left Defense (LD), Right Defense (RD), and Goalie (G).

Position Limits

Each position has a limit of 2 players that can queue at the same time. This ensures that there are exactly 12 players (2 per position) when the queue is full.

Queue Lock

Once all 12 spots are filled (2 players in each of the 6 positions), the queue locks and the matchmaking process begins. Players cannot join or leave the queue at this point.

Captain Selection

After the queue locks, 2 random players from the queue are selected as team captains. There are no position restrictions for captains - any player from any position can be selected.

Queue Timeout

If a player is inactive for more than 5 minutes while in queue, they will be automatically removed from the queue to prevent delays.
